SHIPPING POLICY
Items will be shipped within 2-5 business days of the purchase date. Most items are made to order completely by hand and may take up to 3 weeks to be successfully constructed. Clients will be notified on the status of their order from the moment they purchase. Standard economy shipping delivers within 3-7 business days.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns can be made for a full refund in the exact method of payment within 15 days of purchase
(Delivery date if shipped). After 15 days if you would still like to return your item, you will receive a store credit.
Items can be repaired free of charge within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, items can be repaired for a restoration fee (prices may vary). If a product needs to be repaired reach out using the CONTACT tab,
