Returns can be made for a full refund in the exact method of payment within 15 days of purchase (Delivery date if shipped). After 15 days if you would still like to return your item you will receive a store credit.
Items can also be repaired free of charge within 30 days of purchase or restored at half price (of restoration fees) after 30 days.
SHIPPING POLICY
Items will be shipped within 2-5 business days of the purchase date. Some items are made completely from scratch by hand and may take up to 3 weeks to be successfully constructed, clients will be notified immedietly if this is the case.
