Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please contact within 24 hours of your appointment time! If you do not cancel within 24 hours your deposit will not be refunded. If you do not show you to your Appointment without prior communication, your deposit will not be refunded. Travel Fittings: If Nicole travels to you, a $30 travel fee applies, which does NOT go toward your service. Travel fittings MUST be cancelled 24 hours in advance. The Travel Fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
